1. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [insert email].

2. Unwanted Items
- You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it (“cooling-off period”) under UK consumer law.
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
3. Refunds

For health and safety reasons, opened drinks or perishable goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
